The #11 UCLA Bruins went to Kentucky to play the #1 Wildcats, who had a 42-game home win streak. The Bruins went into Rupp Arena with their star PG Lonzo Ball averaging 14 points and 9 assists. The Wildcats had their star backcourt of Malik Monk and De'Aaron Fox combine to score 44 points. Kentucky keep up with UCLA's balanced attack of scoring as 6 players scored over 12 points.

I really like Malik Monk as a prospect coming out of this draft. I believe he can be one of the most special players offensively in the country. He can shoot almost lights out, he can drive, and he is an absurd athlete. He is very high on my draft board. De'Aaron Fox is another special player. He has the ability to control the game whether its setting up teammates or scoring baskets when it counts. He is a great player. Lonzo Ball for UCLA has a very strong overall game. According to a Bleacher Report article, NBA scouts compare him to Jason Kidd.

This was a game of future NBA prospects and it was a good one down to the wire but UCLA would pull out the victory to upset Kentucky. Watch out for the Bruins once March Madness comes around. They're a very balanced team that threaten any team in the country.
