This is a new thing to LK Sports Talk I hope to introduce. This is the Hawks Weekend Round-Up.  The Hawks Weekend Round-Up will feature quick reviews of the Hawks games instead of doing each one individually. The first game was the start of the weekend as the Hawks faced the Boston Celtics in Al Horford's return to Atlanta. The Hawks hoped to extend their 7-game winning streak. The Celtics would start off on fire from three-point range and in the third quarter the Celtics jumped out to a 20-point lead. The Hawks would rally back after good shooting from Tim Hardaway Jr. and Mike Dunleavy Jr. Sadly. Isiah Thomas hit the game-winning two-pointer with 2.4 seconds. The Hawks weren't able to get a good shot off and they lost 103-101.

The next game was on Sunday  against the Bucks and they won the game. The game started off rough for the Hawks but their offense would pick up and they got a lead and that would go into halftime. The Bucks would come out hot and they tied the game but then Kent Bazemore exploded for 14 third-quarter points. Mike Dunleavy had a very nice game as well. The Hawks would never get rid off the  lead and they won 111-98. Kent Bazemore had 24 and Dunleavy had 20 points. The next game was on MLK day and the Hawks played the Knicks. This game was very back and fourth. The Hawks had a good lead but the Knicks came roaring back. It looked as if the Hawks were going to blow it but they played clutch late and Dennis Schroder hit the go-ahead game-winner. The Hawks won 108-107 with Schroder having 28 points and Tim Hardaway Jr. had 20 points.
