15. Memphis Grizzlies

       The Memphis Grizzlies have made the playoffs for last couple years. Memphis has been known for their grit and grind policy. This year they lost one of the most influential players in their franchise, Zach Randolph. They also lost their other veteran Vince Carter. The Grizzlies still have the most underrated PG in the NBA with Mike Conley.  They still have Marc Gasol, who is one of the better finesse centers in the NBA. They are in a strange predicament because if they lose one of those two players then they will not even be a low playoff seed. They are on the verge of rebuilding and they need to figure out the direction of their franchise this season. 

PG: Mike Conley Jr.
SG: James Ennis
SF: Chandler Parsons
PF: JaMychal Green
C: Marc Gasol

6th Man: Tyreke Evans

        The PG position starts with Mike Conley at the helm. He leads the Grizzlies as he is one of the best and most underrated PG's in the league. He is a great player and if he is healthy the Grizzlies will have a chance to win any game. The backup is pretty thin as Aaron Harrison will most likely be there. The SG position has been weak for a couple of years since Tony Allen's decline. This year James Ennis will fill his role for the start of the year. I can see HC David Fizdale experimenting with several players at the two guard. The SF position will be the most overpaid player in the NBA, Chandler Parsons. Parsons hopes to return to his old form as he was in Houston and Dallas. The PF position is JaMychal Green. Green was solid last year since it was his first starting gig. Marc Gasol will be the anchor of the defense. If this season goes bad then expect to see Gasol's name thrown around the trade block. Health will be a big deciding factor in this team's success and ability to make the postseason
