![]() By: Lucas Kochevar This game was a critical one after the Falcons lost to the Chiefs last week. The Falcons came into the game tied with the Buccaneers for the division lead. The Falcons started off in good shape as the Rams muffed the ball on the opening kick off. The Falcons had the ball at LA's 3-yard line and they threw a simple out route that Justin Hardy scored on with a pass from Matt Ryan. The Falcons next score came at the very beginning of the 2nd quarter with a simple screen pass to Tevin Coleman. The next score was from Deion Jones as he intercepted a pass from Jared Goff and returned 33-yards for the score. The Falcons held their lead over the Rams with a score of 21-0. Both teams went into halftime with the score of 21-0 in favor of Atlanta. The Falcons recieved the ball to start the second half. They had the ball for one minute and 42 seconds as Matty Ice threw a 64-yard bomb to Taylor Gabriel. The Falcons defense was able to contain the Rams all day. The defense stepped up again and the offense got the ball back. The drive ended with a Tevin Coleman. The score was 35-0 and the Rams got the ball again. This time Vic Beasley came off the edge and stripped Jared Goff and was able to score the TD to extend the lead to 42-0. Vic Beasley was the star on defense in this game as he finished with 3 sacks, a forced fumble and a TD. The Rams would score two garbage time TDs with Todd Gureley and Jared Goff scoring rushing TDs. The Falcons finished the game with their 2nd string and won with the score of 42-14. They kept their lead in the NFC South but Tampa Bay won against the Saints 16-11 to keep the pressure on the Falcons. Tampa Bay plays the 11-2 Cowboys and Atlanta plays 1-12 49ers.

Sports betting always has been a very popular hobby among many people. In earlier days it has mostly famous with the horse racing but now with the inception of online sports betting it is being used for almost every game. Some professional gamblers earn their income through betting while there are many people who place bets on sports just to enjoy their recreational abilities too.
